HOW TO MAKE TURKISH COFFEE
- Measure a turkish coffee cup full of water (room temperature) and put it into the pot. Add one heaped teaspoon of Özerlat Turkish Coffee per serving. Sugar should be added at this stage if you prefer your coffee sweet. Place the pot onto a medium heat and stir to mix the ingredients together.
- Be careful to not to let it boil and watch for a creamy froth to rise up.
- When the creamy froth forms and start to rise up, gently serve some of the froth and pour it into the serving cups.
- Then return to the heat to brew the coffee more before serving the rest. After serving, do not stirt the coffee and allow to cool for a few minutes.
